Ken Diehl
Ken has over 30 years of experience leading retail industry operations, marketing, merchandising, and strategic pricing initiatives.
Ken’s grocery experience spans across Kroger, Albertsons, Jewel-Osco, A&P, Strack & Van Til, and specialty retailer Leslie’s Pool Supplies. He currently serves as a Dye Capital & Company Partner and CEO of Bloom MT.
David Schaffner
Dave brings over 20 years of retail leadership experience, with expertise in operations, marketing, merchandising, pricing, analytics/BI, compliance, and finance.
He previously served as Director of Enterprise Analytics at Leslie’s Pool Supplies, where he played a key role in the company’s IPO, earnings releases, real estate expansion, and predictive analytics.

Rob currently serves as a private equity investor across multiple industries, leveraging his 30+ years of experience provide capital and strategic guidance to unique investment opportunities.
Previously, Rob was the Co-Managing Partner of Altmore Capital, where he built a significant pipeline of high-growth cannabis companies in the high-yield lending space.
